Villa Trios

We are pleased to announce that Villa Trios will be an exclusive addition to our portfolio for the 2025 season. Set in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan, this spacious villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four generously sized bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it an excellent option for families or groups seeking ample space both indoors and out.

Located around a 15 to 20-minute walk, or a brief taxi journey, from Kalkan town centre, Villa Trios offers a tranquil retreat within easy reach of local amenities.

On the ground floor, an open-plan layout combines the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The living room is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table, centred around a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials including a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, water cooler, oven, and hob. A dining table seating eight sits within the kitchen space, while sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace. Practicalities such as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are tucked away neatly under the stairs.

Upstairs, Bedroom 1 offers a double bed with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each contain twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobes, and vanity tables, sharing a separate shower room between them.

On the top floor, the master bedroom features a double bed, en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. Sliding glass doors lead out to a private terrace with outdoor seating, where captivating sea views can be enjoyed.

Outside, the villa boasts a generous outdoor space designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The pool terrace is home to an L-shaped swimming pool surrounded by eight sun loungers and parasols, complemented by additional seating, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Please note that table football and table tennis will not be available at Villa Trios for the 2026 season
