Villa Visos

We are pleased to announce that Villa Visos will be an exclusive addition to our portfolio for the 2025 season. Situated in Kiziltas, Kalkan, this spacious and inviting villa offers four generously sized bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests; ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing retreat.

Inside and out, the villa provides plenty of room to unwind.

Located around a 15 to 20-minute walk, or a brief taxi ride, from Kalkan town centre, Villa Visos strikes a convenient balance between peaceful surroundings and access to local amenities.

Ground Floor  

The heart of the home is an open-plan living space that combines the lounge, kitchen, and dining area. Here you’ll find two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, water cooler, oven, and hob, ensuring everything you need is at hand. An eight-seat dining table sits within the kitchen area, and sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace. A cupboard beneath the stairs holds a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for practical convenience.

First Floor  

Bedroom 1 features a double bed, en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both contain twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobes, and vanity tables, sharing a shower room between them.

Second/Top Floor  

The master bedroom occupies the top floor, with a double bed, en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. Sliding glass doors lead to the private terrace, furnished with outdoor seating and offering beautiful sea views — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Outdoors  

Outside, the villa enjoys a spacious setting designed for sun-soaked leisure. The pool terrace includes an L-shaped swimming pool, eight sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining area, and a BBQ — everything needed for relaxed dining and socialising outdoors.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
