Villa Waterfall 1 stands out as an elegant property in Kalkan's Kiziltas district. It comprises 5 en-suite bedrooms, with one conveniently located on the ground floor and four arranged across the upper levels. A striking spiral staircase crafted from marble and iron connects the floors with a refined touch.

The top floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, which opens directly onto the roof terrace. This private area includes a plunge pool and outdoor seating, offering expansive views that extend over the surrounding landscape.

Inside, the villa embraces an open-plan layout that feels both spacious and inviting. The living room and kitchen on the ground floor benefit from abundant natural light streaming through a towering double-height window, which frames the vista of the pool terrace beautifully.

Wide sliding doors open onto a generous pool terrace featuring an infinity pool. It’s an ideal spot for dining al fresco or enjoying a barbecue, all while taking in the panoramic mountain and sea views. The terrace also provides ample space for sunbathing and relaxing on the swing seat.

Situated just outside Kalkan’s centre on a hillside in Kiziltas, the walk down to town is pleasant, though the return uphill can be more challenging. Guests may prefer to hire a car or use the local taxi services, which are affordable and convenient. A dedicated parking space is available for those with a vehicle.

Ground Floor

The ground floor showcases a bright open-plan living space with a double-height window that floods the room with daylight. The seating area includes an L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials for a self-catering stay: dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, water cooler, oven, hob, and necessary utensils. This space flows out to the large pool terrace with its infinity pool.

The ground-floor bedroom is a double room with an en-suite shower room, furnished with bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

First Floor

There are three bedrooms on this level. Bedrooms two and three are doubles, each with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, and balconies furnished with two chairs and a side table. The fourth bedroom is a twin, also with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Second/Top Floor

The entire top floor is occupied by the master bedroom, which opens onto the roof terrace complete with a plunge pool, outdoor seating, and two sun loungers, all with far-reaching views. Bedroom five is also located on this floor; it is a double with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious pool terrace is home to a private infinity pool with Roman steps for easy access. Sun loungers and parasols are arranged around the pool, alongside a swing seat and seating shaded by a pergola. An al fresco dining table and barbecue area complete the outdoor space. Additionally, a table tennis table is positioned at the side of the villa.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
