You can arrive in the peaceful town centre in five minutes by car. You can also get to a few boutique hotels and restaurants on foot, where you can get a drink, eat, or use the facilities.

Bedrooms

Living Room

The sea-view living room is bright and relaxed, with full-height doors that lead out onto the terrace and frame the natural views. The living room has a seating group, flatscreen TV, Bose sound system, a dining table for eight, complimentary, Wifi, air conditioning, a coffee table and a separate guest WC.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is combined with the living room in the ground floor open plan space. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils necessary for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Our guests use a private pool terrace and a walkway that leads down to the sea so you can swim in the amazing blue waters. The patio area is fully furnished with sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged conveniently. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
