Villa Cigdem

Villa Cigdem is a stunning holiday property situated in the Akbel area of Kalkan, just a brief 5-6 minute drive from the town centre and nearby beach clubs.

This elegant villa offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the first floor, you’ll find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom; the double benefits from a relaxing jacuzzi bathtub, and both rooms open onto balconies—ideal spots to unwind. The third bedroom, also a double, is located on the lower ground floor.

The living room, kitchen, and dining space feature floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interior with natural light and provide direct access to the pool area.

Outside, there is a private swimming pool complete with a shallow section perfect for relaxing. Sun loungers and a large parasol invite you to make the most of sunny days by the water. The poolside also includes a swing seat, shaded seating areas, a covered dining table, and a stone BBQ for al fresco cooking.

Bedrooms

1. Lower Ground Floor: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC.

2. First Floor: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC.

3. First Floor: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

This space features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

Fully equipped, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, water cooler, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, stove, and a dining table seating six. All necessary crockery, cookware, and utensils are provided to cater for your stay.

Terrace and Pool

The patio terrace is home to the private pool with a shallow area for easy entry. Relax on the sun loungers beneath a large parasol, enjoy the swing seat, or take shelter in the shaded outdoor seating and dining areas. A BBQ is also available for outdoor meals.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
