Villa Efe

Villa Efe is a private and luxurious retreat located in Kalkan’s Kordere district, thoughtfully designed in a distinctive U-shape that encloses a tranquil pool at its heart. The pool features elegant Roman steps and soothing jacuzzi jets, creating a peaceful spot to unwind. Inside, the villa offers two bedrooms: a double and a twin, making it ideal for small families or couples seeking a quiet escape. The double bedroom is particularly indulgent, complete with its own jacuzzi bath.

From Villa Efe, you can enjoy captivating sea views and sunsets, often described as some of the most remarkable in Kalkan. The town centre, with its array of restaurants, shops and beach clubs, is just a 6 to 7-minute drive away. Meanwhile, two supermarkets, Sok and Migros Jet, lie within a comfortable 5 to 6-minute walk.

Interiors

This single-storey villa is cleverly laid out with an open-plan living area and kitchen on one side, while the double bedroom occupies the opposite wing, with the twin bedroom positioned between. 

The living space is modern and spacious, furnished with a cosy sofa, a wooden coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, featuring a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils. A breakfast bar with two stools offers a casual dining option.

Bedroom 1 is a double room, complete with an en-suite shower room and a jacuzzi bath, alongside bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe. Sliding doors from both the living area and bedroom open directly onto the pool terrace.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with a shower room located across the hall. It also includes bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe, with sliding doors providing access to the pool terrace from both the bedroom and living area.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace at Villa Efe is an inviting space to savour Kalkan’s stunning sea vistas and sunsets. The central pool, with its Roman steps and built-in jacuzzi jets, is surrounded by three sun loungers, a parasol, a hanging swing seat, two chairs with a side table, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

The villa's pool has a heating system. The heating fee is included in the price in the low season from 1st April to 30th May 2026 and from 1st October to 30th November 2026

The final 250-350 metres of the road leading up to the villa is fairly steep and not asphalt. Therefore, if you are planning to hire a car; an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended
