Villa Demir

Villa Demir occupies a peaceful spot in Kordere, just a 10-minute drive from Kalkan’s town centre. This two-bedroom villa, ideal for couples or small families, offers expansive views over the bay and nearby islands. Designed all on one level, it features a private infinity pool, a Jacuzzi, and a charming rustic stone aesthetic both inside and out, making it a practical yet inviting retreat.

Inside, the villa's single floor caters perfectly to a self-catering stay. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas are generously proportioned and furnished in a traditional style. Large glass sliding doors open out onto the pool terrace, framing uninterrupted sea views. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, and all necessary utensils. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and armchair, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. An indoor dining table seats six, providing ample space for meals.

The master bedroom is a double with an en-suite shower room, decorated in soothing blue tones. Alongside bedside tables and a wardrobe, it includes a vanity table, and a Jacuzzi bath is positioned within the room. Sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace. The second bedroom, a twin room also with an en-suite shower room, mirrors the same tranquil blue décor and is similarly furnished with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. It too benefits from direct access to the pool terrace via sliding doors. Guests have access to a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience.

Outside, the villa boasts a generously sized private infinity pool where the sea and natural landscape stretch out before you without interruption. Steps at one end provide easy entry. The pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers, a parasol, and a swing seat, creating a serene spot for relaxation. Alfresco dining is catered for with a table seating four and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors in the sunshine.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
