Villa Elit 3, one of a pair of identical villas positioned side by side above Kalkan, enjoys an enviable elevated spot with captivating sea views. Just a short 5-minute drive from Kalkan town centre, it offers effortless access to the local restaurants, shops and beach clubs. Inside, the villa presents five generously sized en-suite bedrooms, with the double rooms featuring indulgent jacuzzis for added luxury. 

Additional amenities include a sauna and table tennis facilities. The interiors are bright and spacious, thoughtfully designed with modern comforts that ensure a relaxed yet contemporary atmosphere. Perhaps the villa’s standout feature is its extensive pool terrace, centred around a 17-metre pool that invites guests to unwind outdoors while taking in the stunning surroundings.

Living Room

The living area is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a large coffee table, complemented by air conditioning, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, soundbar and complimentary wifi. A utility room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The fully integrated kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table/breakfast bar and all necessary utensils for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The outdoor space centres on a private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Guests can enjoy games of table tennis, dine al fresco beneath a pergola-shaded dining table or prepare meals on the stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
