Villa Grande

Recently renovated by its architect owner, Villa Grande has been transformed into a tranquil, spacious, and impeccably maintained sanctuary. Surrounding walls are dressed with an array of flowers, roses, and trees, creating a serene and visually pleasing setting. From the swimming pool, guests can admire spectacular sea views, beautifully framed by lush greenery. This villa truly meets every expectation.

Sleeping up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms, Villa Grande offers a table tennis table (new for the 2025 season), a spa room featuring a double jacuzzi bath with outstanding sea views, a rooftop kitchenette, and a charming roof terrace. The terrace is perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets—whether savouring a morning coffee, reading, relaxing, or sharing pre-dinner drinks before venturing into town.

Situated in the lower Kisla area, the villa is just a five-minute stroll from popular beach clubs and water sports facilities including Kalkan Beach Park, Green Beach, Mahal Beach Club, and Seapro Water Sports.

Arranged over four floors, the accommodation is as follows:

Ground Floor

The open-plan living and dining area offers inviting, plush seating, a coffee table, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open out onto the pool terrace.

The circular dining table seats eight guests comfortably, while the well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with space for an additional three.

One of the seven bedrooms is also located here.

Bedroom 1 is a flexible twin room, furnished with a standard single bed and a high-quality folding single bed. A shower room is situated just outside to the left in the hallway. This bedroom also includes a vanity table, bedside tables, and wardrobes, and can be arranged as a double upon request.

First Floor

Three further tastefully appointed bedrooms occupy this floor, each enjoying lovely sea views.

To the left, Bedroom 2 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room, a vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes, and a Juliette balcony. This room can be converted into a double if preferred.

In the centre, Bedroom 3 is a double with an en-suite shower room, vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes, and a balcony.

To the right, Bedroom 4 is a double with an en-suite shower room, vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes, and a balcony.

Second Floor

Mirroring the first floor’s layout, this level contains three additional bedrooms, all offering delightful sea views.

On the left, Bedroom 5 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room, vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes, and a Juliette balcony. It can also be arranged as a double.

In the middle, Bedroom 6 is a double with an en-suite shower room, vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes, and a balcony.

To the right, Bedroom 7 is a double with an en-suite shower room, vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes, and a balcony.

Rooftop Floor

The rooftop level houses a spa room complete with a double jacuzzi bath, where guests may unwind while enjoying superb sea views. There is also a kitchenette with bar stools. The roof terrace provides panoramic vistas and is furnished with sun loungers and outdoor seating.

Terrace and Pool

The generous patio terrace offers plenty of space for relaxation, featuring a refreshing swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and a swing seat. A cosy sofa set is provided alongside two al fresco dining areas and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. For a touch of friendly competition, a table tennis table is also available.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

The prices listed below are based on an occupancy of 12 guests (the maximum capacity is 14). For parties of 13 or 14, an additional charge of £40 per person per night will apply for each guest beyond the initial 12
