Villa Husam

We are pleased to introduce Villa Husam to our collection for the 2024-2025 season. Recently refurbished, this property enjoys a superb position in Kalkan's Ortaalan district. Just a 10-12 minute walk from the town centre, it offers easy access to restaurants, shops, bars and the Migros supermarket nearby.

Inside, the villa comprises four en-suite bedrooms and includes two jacuzzis, a private swimming pool, a cinema room, and a games room complete with table tennis, table football and a dart board. Upon entering at street level, you’ll find the games room to your left alongside a bar area fitted with a fridge and a chaise longue. This floor also accommodates a spacious double bedroom with a balcony, featuring both a jacuzzi bath and a separate en-suite shower.

Descending to the lower ground floor reveals the kitchen, living and dining areas. A cinema room with a projector and large floor cushions is also on this level, as well as an additional shower room. Sliding glass doors lead from here onto the pool terrace. This floor can also be accessed via a side gate, next to which there is parking.

The first floor offers two double bedrooms, each with an alcove window opening onto a balcony furnished with two chairs and a small table, suitable for use indoors or out. One of these bedrooms includes a free-standing jacuzzi and both benefit from en-suite showers. On the top floor, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower opens onto a covered balcony with two sun loungers. Adjacent to this is a compact kitchenette with a sink, opening out to a larger roof terrace.

4. Top floor: Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC.

Living Room  

The living room features a large L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV with English-language channels. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen  

Equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, water cooler, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar with two stools and a dining table for eight, the kitchen includes all utensils needed for a self-catering stay. Off the kitchen, the utility room houses a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and airer.

Terrace and Pool  

The pool terrace includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor seating area, a swing seat, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden are carried out by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
