Villa Paloma

Villa Paloma is a magnificent luxury retreat quietly positioned in the desirable Ortaalan district of Kalkan. Designed to comfortably host up to eight guests across four elegant en-suite bedrooms, the villa enjoys a privileged setting overlooking serene olive groves.

Just a 15-minute stroll from both the town centre and the Old Town, the location offers a peaceful escape without sacrificing convenience. Every level presents delightful views: the pool terrace and ground floor overlook the lush olive trees, while the upper floors reveal expansive vistas of the sea and mountains.

Inside, the villa has been thoughtfully styled with a cool, contemporary aesthetic throughout. It is exceptionally well appointed, featuring a media and games room, a gym, and generous outdoor leisure areas, providing ample options for both relaxation and entertainment.

Ground Floor

This level comprises a welcoming open-plan lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, complemented by a separate W/C and utility room. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace, blending indoor and outdoor living effortlessly.

The lounge offers two large three-seater sofas, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV with internet access for streaming. The kitchen and dining area feature a substantial breakfast bar with seating for six, alongside a water cooler, fridge freezer, built-in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an espresso machine complete with a milk frother. Beneath the stairs, the utility room houses a washing machine, drying racks, iron, and ironing board, while a cloakroom and W/C lie nearby.

Also on this floor is the first bedroom: a double with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobe. This room overlooks the olive groves and opens onto the pool terrace through sliding glass doors. (The double bed can be arranged as twins on request.)

First Floor

Here are two stylish bedrooms: one double and one twin, with the option to convert the twin beds into a double if preferred. Both rooms have en-suite shower facilities and private balconies furnished for comfort, offering views over the olive groves and surrounding mountains.

Second/Top Floor (Master Suite)

The top floor is dedicated to the spacious master suite. It includes a double bed, bedside tables, an en-suite shower room, and a dressing area with a stool. Sliding glass doors lead to a superb roof terrace, furnished for relaxation with a double swing seat, two sunbeds, a sofa set, parasol, and pergola, all framing breathtaking views of Kalkan bay.

Terrace and Pool

Designed for alfresco enjoyment, the outdoor areas are extensive and inviting. The large private swimming pool, measuring 11m by 5m, features integrated Roman steps, a built-in jacuzzi section (2m x 2m), and a separate shallow area (4m x 4m). Shady pergolas shelter both the outdoor dining area and a comfortable seating set. The main terrace offers plenty of space for sunbathing with cushioned loungers, parasols, and an ‘egg’ chair, while a BBQ and table tennis table are conveniently positioned to one side.

Lower Ground Floor – Media Room and Gym

Located beneath the main villa and accessed separately via a door on the access road beside the main gate, this fully air-conditioned floor is dedicated to entertainment and fitness. The media room is equipped with a 64" Smart 4K Ultra TV, powerful speakers, a PlayStation console, reclining seats, bean bags, and a pool table. Adjacent is the gym, which includes a spinning bike, multi-gym machine, and various weights.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

The villa's pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost of £250 per week

The coffee machine uses pods – these can be purchased locally in Kalkan
