Villa Hyperion is located in the peaceful Kordere neighbourhood and offers 4 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests — an ideal setting for a summer retreat.

What sets this villa apart is its indoor heated pool, a traditional Turkish hammam, and a private sauna tucked within the master bedroom, providing a sanctuary for relaxation. One of the double bedrooms also includes a jacuzzi, while outside, a private pool and a generous garden with plenty of activities await. Mealtimes can be savoured al fresco beneath a pergola in a spacious dining area.

This villa suits groups of friends or families seeking a shared holiday experience. Children will delight in the garden’s playground and swing seats. Villa Hyperion is just a 5 to 10-minute drive from Kalkan’s centre, where bars, shops and restaurants can be found. Bedrooms

Living Room

The living area combines contemporary comfort with a cosy sofa set, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the pool area. A separate utility room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board to cater for your laundry needs.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for preparing your meals. A dining table for six allows for relaxed, shared dining experiences.

Terrace and Pool

Outside, the expansive terrace features a private infinity pool with a shallow section, perfect for unwinding. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers, parasols, swing seats, a cosy seating area, an outdoor dining space, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

The final 700-800 metres of the road leading up to the villa is fairly steep and not asphalt. Therefore, if you are planning to hire a car; an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended

The indoor pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost of 1500 TL per day
