Pool and Terrace
The pool area is on the villa's lower level adjacent to theliving space. A private infinity pool and surrounding terrace arefurnished with a BBQ, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table, sun loungers,and parasols.
Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.
Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
Additional Information
The final 150-200 metres of the road leading up to the villa is fairly steep and not asphalt. Therefore, if you are planning to hire a car; an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended
