Villa Nobles Rox

Villa Nobles Rox is an expansive six-bedroom villa set in Kalkan’s Ortaalan district. This property skillfully blends contemporary architecture with sleek, modern interiors and exteriors. From the pool terrace and several vantage points within the villa, you’ll enjoy striking views across Kalkan Bay. Conveniently close to Kalkan town centre, the villa offers easy access to an array of restaurants, shops, and the beach, which lies just a 15 to 20-minute stroll away.

The villa benefits from two private swimming pools — one indoor and one outdoor — both of which can be heated on request for an additional charge. The outdoor pool extends to 15 metres and includes a jacuzzi section, sunbathing platforms, and a shallow zone that’s ideal for children. Entertainment is well catered for with a cinema room, games room, gym equipment, sauna, and hammam, making it an excellent choice for families or groups seeking both relaxation and activity.

Ground Floor  

Access to the property is via a private road and gated entrance leading directly to the pool terrace. The main entrance, at the rear of the villa, opens into a living area dominated by floor-to-ceiling windows and a striking mezzanine chandelier hanging above the dining table. Close to the entrance, a cloakroom leads to a WC with a basin.

The dining area seats twelve guests comfortably and sits beside a stylish black kitchen featuring a central island. This island is equipped with a sink, a five-ring gas hob, a suspended extractor fan, and a dishwasher. The touch-open cupboards conceal a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, and blender, while there are also two Bosch ovens—one doubling as a microwave—and a large fridge freezer. The living space includes a generous L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Sliding doors open onto the pool terrace, revealing panoramic sea views.

The first bedroom on this level is a double with an en-suite shower room. It offers bedside tables, a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, and a dressing area fitted with wall-to-wall wardrobes. Sliding glass doors from both the living area and this bedroom provide direct access to the pool terrace.

First Floor  

Three more bedrooms are located on this floor. Bedroom 2 is a double with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, and a dressing area with wardrobes. Its sliding glass doors open onto a Juliette balcony overlooking the sea.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room, also with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes, with sliding doors leading out to the Juliette balcony and sea views.

The master bedroom, Bedroom 4, is a double room situated beyond the mezzanine. It features a freestanding bathtub and is separated from an adjoining shower room—complete with WC and twin basins—by black-tinted glass. The room also includes bedside tables, a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, and a dressing area with wardrobes. Glass sliding doors open to a side balcony furnished with two chairs and a small table, perfect for enjoying views over Kalkan and Kalamar Bays.

Second/Top Floor  

At the top of the stairs, a glass door leads to the roof terrace, which offers a seating area and bar, ideal for socialising or simply taking in the panoramic vistas. The fifth bedroom is also on this floor, with sliding doors opening onto the roof terrace. This double room features an opaque glass wall divider, WC, basin, and a wet-room style shower, along with bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

Lower Ground Floor  

Descending to the lower ground floor, you’ll find a host of leisure options. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are stored in cupboards beneath the stairs. The games room includes a pool table and table football, while the gym area is equipped with a weight machine, treadmill, exercise bike, aerobic steps, and free weights. This level also houses a sauna, hammam, and a cinema room with comfortable seating.

The indoor pool here has steps for easy entry, and sliding doors at one end can be opened to reveal sea views through the landscaped garden.

Bedroom 6 is on this floor as well. This double room offers an ‘in-room’ black round jacuzzi bath, twin basins, a separate shower area, and a WC. It comes complete with bedside tables, a dressing area with vanity table, wall-mounted TV, and fitted wardrobes. Sliding glass doors open onto the garden patio, which also commands sea views.

Terrace and Pool

The striking 15-metre infinity pool includes a shallow section with four daybeds set on wooden platforms and steps descending into the water. Around the pool, you’ll find six sun loungers, side tables, two large parasols at one end, and a cosy swing seat. A sunken wooden seating area with cushions and a large cantilevered parasol provides both shade and a vantage point for taking in the surroundings.

Adjacent to the villa is a day bed with its own canopy, while behind it a table tennis table awaits. On the opposite side of the pool terrace, a dining table for twelve sits beneath a pergola, accompanied by a built-in BBQ with a preparation area and sink for alfresco meals. There’s also a wall-mounted TV to enjoy. At the rear of the villa, a water feature is set among flower beds, and an outdoor shower is available for guests.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Please note: Both the indoor and outdoor pools can be heated on request for an extra charge. The indoor pool heating costs £250 per week, the outdoor pool £300 per week. Underfloor heating is available for £250 per week. Between 1st November and 31st March, use of the sauna and hammam incurs an additional £100 per week.
