Villa Gaia Residence, formerly known as Villa Ada 2, is an expansive and elegant retreat located just a brief stroll from Kalkan’s town centre. This exceptional property grants guests effortless access to the town’s finest dining, boutiques, and well-known beach clubs.

Ideal for larger parties, Villa Gaia Residence comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests within six beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms. The villa is equipped with a range of first-class amenities, including a private infinity pool, a gym, a pool table, and table tennis. Recent enhancements to the outdoor areas include a poolside bar, a roof terrace bar, and a jacuzzi tub on the roof terrace.

Positioned a mere five-minute walk from the lively Kalamar Road, guests can easily savour acclaimed restaurants such as Kitchen by Korsan, Cafe Vita, Porcini, and The Brothers. Meanwhile, Kalkan’s Old Town, harbour, and beach lie within a 15 to 18-minute walk. The spa facilities at the Elixir Hotel are also conveniently located just five minutes on foot from the villa.

Ground Floor

Here, you’ll find two generously sized double en-suite bedrooms, one featuring an elegant round jacuzzi bath. A tranquil Turkish-style walled garden offers a peaceful nook, while a private gym area is equipped with a cross trainer and treadmill. For leisure, the pool table and table tennis add a touch of fun.

First Floor (Entrance Floor)

Dedicated entirely to the open-plan main living and dining space, this floor offers a cosy lounge, a fully fitted kitchen, and a spacious dining area. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors flood the room with natural light and open directly onto the pool terrace, providing delightful sea and mountain views, as well as access to the private pool, al fresco dining, and generous sunbathing terraces.

Second Floor

This level contains three further bedrooms – two doubles and one twin – each with modern en-suite bathrooms and private balconies overlooking the sea. The master bedroom here stands out, with a freestanding jacuzzi bathtub set on a raised deck, accompanied by a large private balcony.

Third/Top Floor

The top floor is home to the second impressive master suite. Its en-suite bathroom features a large walk-in shower, twin basins, WCs, and a double jacuzzi bathtub. This suite opens onto a private roof terrace furnished with comfortable seating, a jacuzzi tub, a private bar, and commanding sea views.

Terrace and Pool

Designed for both relaxation and entertaining, the villa’s exterior boasts a spacious private infinity pool, an al fresco dining area, a poolside bar, and a stone BBQ. The extensive terraces provide plentiful space for sunbathing as well as shaded retreats. Additionally, the property benefits from a private gated car park.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
