Upon entering Villa Aura B, guests are greeted by a spacious and meticulously designed interior. Bedrooms

Kitchen

The open plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, washing machine, cookware and pans, dinnerware, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a 6-guest self-catering stay.

Living Room

Merged seamlessly with the kitchen, the open-plan living space provides a welcome haven for relaxing and taking in the stunning views of the pool terrace and sea beyond. This space is furnished with a wall-mounted Smart TV and comfortable seating group and coffee table.

Terrace and Pool

Steps out from the main living space to a private patio with a wrap-around swimming pool incorporating ornate edges and stepping stones. In addition, there is a sunbathing terrace and an alfresco dining area with landscaped gardens surrounding the pool and terrace. Ample sun loungers surround the pool, and outdoor seating is arranged around the terrace and garden. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and terrace area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
