Villa Aura D

Villa Aura D is one of four newly completed, identical Aura villas, finished in March 2025, situated in Kalkan's highly desirable Kalamar district. This location ensures a sense of exclusivity and calm. Designed with bespoke touches throughout, the villa offers spacious accommodation for up to six guests across three en-suite double bedrooms, accompanied by a pool and sweeping panoramic sea views.

Inside, the atmosphere exudes refined luxury, while outside, the carefully designed terrace pairs beautifully with the pool, providing captivating vistas. Convenience is also close at hand: CarrefourSa Supermarket lies nearby, as do a selection of popular restaurants along Kalamar Road such as The Brothers, Porchini, The Kitchen by Korsan, and Cafe Vita. Well-known beach clubs in the area, including Lures, Kulube, and Kalamar Beach Clubs, are easily accessible, and Kalkan’s Old Town is just a short taxi ride away.

Ground Floor

Step inside to a modern, open-plan layout where the kitchen, living, and dining spaces flow seamlessly. At the front, a stylish wooden staircase with a raised garden bed beneath leads upwards. The living area is generously proportioned, furnished with elegant pieces chosen for both comfort and style — including a sofa set, coffee table, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, plus all necessary utensils and dinnerware ideal for self-catering. A kitchen island with three chairs doubles as a breakfast bar, complemented by a dining table seating six. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided on this level for guests’ convenience.

First Floor

The first floor houses two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity unit. Both rooms enjoy stunning sea views through large glass sliding doors that open onto private balconies furnished with two chairs and a coffee table, offering a tranquil spot to unwind.

Second Floor

A further wooden staircase leads to the top floor where the third double bedroom is situated. It also benefits from an en-suite shower room, alongside bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity unit. Sliding glass doors open onto a generous wrap-around terrace featuring beautiful views to the front and side of the villa. This outdoor space is furnished with comfortable seating, two sun loungers, and a side table — inviting moments of peaceful relaxation.

Terrace and Pool

Outside, the villa boasts a spacious area centred around a swimming pool, surrounded by a thoughtfully designed sanctuary ideal for leisure or simply unwinding. The pool terrace offers sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating with a coffee table, an alfresco dining table, and a barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
