Villa Avon

Villa Avon forms one half of a pair of nearly identical luxury villas situated side by side in Kalkan's Lavanta area. This exquisite property offers stunning views over both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays.

Inside, you’ll find two en-suite bedrooms, a sauna, a hammam, an outdoor pool, and an indoor pool measuring 2.5 metres wide, 5 metres long, and 1.3 metres deep. The indoor pool can be heated for an additional charge, making the villa ideal for those after a spa-like retreat. The enclosed pool area also provides a tranquil and private setting, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking seclusion.

Villa Avon lies around a 7 to 8-minute drive from Kalkan’s centre, where an array of restaurants, shops, and bars await.

Bedrooms

The first bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, along with a bathroom and WC.

The second bedroom has twin beds, alongside a bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, and its own bathroom and WC. 

Both bedrooms open directly onto the pool terrace and the indoor pool area.

Living Room

Comfortable and inviting, the living room includes two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead straight out to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

A fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and an island unit with extractor fan. There is also a dining table seating five and all the utensils needed for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The generous patio, bordered by a lawned area, features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating under a pergola, a dining table, and a stone BBQ. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
