Villa Coton

Villa Coton is one of two nearly identical luxury villas positioned side by side in Kalkan’s Lavanta district. From here, you can enjoy striking views across Kalkan and Kalamar Bays.

This elegant property offers two en-suite bedrooms, a sauna, a hammam, an outdoor pool, and an indoor pool measuring 2.5m by 5m with a depth of 130cm. The indoor pool can be heated for an additional charge, making the villa ideal for those seeking a spa-like retreat. The enclosed pool area also provides a quiet and private space, perfect for families or groups of friends.

Located about a 7 to 8-minute drive from Kalkan’s centre, the villa is close enough to explore the town’s selection of restaurants, shops, and bars at your leisure.

Bedrooms

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

The second bedroom features twin beds, a bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, and its own en-suite bathroom with WC.

Both bedrooms open directly onto the pool terrace and indoor swimming area.

Living Room

The living room is comfortably arranged with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors connect this space seamlessly to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and an island unit with extractor fan. A dining table seats five, accompanied by all the utensils needed for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Surrounded by a lawn, the spacious terrace includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, shaded seating under a pergola, an outdoor dining table, and a stone barbecue. A dedicated attendant takes care of daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
