Villa Azde

We are pleased to introduce Villa Azde to our collection for the 2026 season. This villa offers 3 en-suite bedrooms, inviting interiors, and well-maintained outdoor spaces, including a large swimming pool. For those seeking quiet retreats, Villa Azde's design ensures complete privacy, unseen from the outside. Situated in Kalkan's Kordere area, it lies just a 6 to 7-minute taxi ride from the town centre.

Ground Floor

The modern ground floor captures stunning sea views and encompasses a stylish living room, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, a dining area, and the villa’s first bedroom. The living space is furnished with two sumptuous leather sofas, a pair of armchairs, a wooden coffee table, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a sound system. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, and a full set of utensils, making it ideal for self-catering. A dining table seating six completes the area. 

The ground floor bedroom features twin beds, an en-suite shower room, a bedside table, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool terrace.

First Floor

Upstairs, two double bedrooms await, each with en-suite shower rooms, bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, and wing chairs. Both rooms open onto private furnished balconies with sea views, perfect for quiet moments.

Terrace and Pool

Villa Azde offers ample space to unwind under the sun. The generously sized pool includes a shallow section, where two sun loungers are positioned. In addition, you’ll find four more sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating with an al fresco dining table, a swing seat, a table tennis table, and a stone BBQ. A children’s play area is located on the lawn beside the BBQ, providing fun for younger guests.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
