Villa Deste

Villa Deste is a private retreat nestled in Kalkan’s Kordere area, offering a tranquil setting and a sheltered private pool. Designed with family enjoyment at its heart, the villa features a table tennis setup on the pool terrace, a table football game in the living room, and a children’s playground to one side of the property. These thoughtful touches make Villa Deste an excellent choice for families seeking both fun and relaxation.

The villa comprises two en-suite bedrooms—a double and a twin—each complete with a luxurious double jacuzzi bath. It provides an intimate space for small families who value privacy alongside stunning sea views.

Situated less than ten minutes from Kalkan’s centre, Villa Deste is close to a selection of restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. A nearby supermarket caters to your everyday needs.

Ground Floor

All living areas are conveniently arranged on a single floor, including an open-plan living space, a modern kitchen, and the two bedrooms. The kitchen features an island unit with six stools, which doubles as a dining area.

The living room is furnished with a plush sofa, two armchairs, a white coffee table, and a wall-mounted smart TV, alongside the table football table for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, and the island seating.

The double bedroom boasts an en-suite shower room, a double jacuzzi bath, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and a wall-mounted TV.

The twin bedroom also includes an en-suite shower room, a double jacuzzi bath, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and a wall-mounted TV.

Terrace and Pool

The villa's outdoor space is designed to make the most of Kalkan's sunshine. The expansive pool terrace features a private sheltered pool with a shallow section, a poolside shower, four sun loungers, two parasols, and a swing seat. Guests can enjoy table tennis, relax beneath the pergola-shaded seating area, dine al fresco at the pergola-covered table, or prepare meals on the built-in stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
