Spread over two floors, the villa accommodates two en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom is a standout, featuring a double jacuzzi for added indulgence. This property is an excellent choice for small families seeking a peaceful and scenic retreat.

Just a 7-8 minute drive from Kalkan town centre, Villa Dream House is conveniently close to a variety of restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. For everyday needs, the A101 supermarket is a mere 100 metres away.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of the villa is generously proportioned, offering ample room to unwind. Here you’ll find the living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with seating for six.

The living room is furnished with two large sofas, a pair of armchairs, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, and kettle. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, enhancing the flow between indoor and outdoor living. A guest WC is also located on this level.

First Floor

Upstairs, the two bedrooms both benefit from stunning sea views.

The master bedroom is a double, complete with an en-suite shower room and a jacuzzi bath. Furnished with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table, it opens via sliding glass doors onto a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a side table.

The second bedroom offers twin beds, its own en-suite shower room, bedside tables, wardrobe, and vanity table. It also has sliding doors leading to a private balcony with seating for two.

Outdoors

The pool terrace is fitted with a curtain system that can be closed for additional privacy or drawn back to reveal the striking views. The outdoor area features a large swimming pool with a shallow end, two parasols, four sun loungers, a poolside shower, seating shaded by a pergola, an al fresco dining table, and a barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
