Villa Ege

Villa Ege is a stylish and private retreat in Kalkan's Kordere district, thoughtfully designed in a distinctive U-shape with a secluded pool nestled at its heart. The pool features Roman-style steps and soothing jacuzzi jets, inviting you to unwind in utter calm. Inside, a chic bedroom with a double jacuzzi sets the scene for romance—ideal for honeymooners or couples seeking a tranquil escape.

From here, the sea views and sunsets are truly captivating, often hailed as some of the finest in Kalkan. Just a short 6 to 7-minute drive brings you to the town centre, where an array of restaurants, shops, and beach clubs awaits. For everyday essentials, two supermarkets—Sok and Migros Jet—are conveniently reachable within a 5 to 6-minute stroll.

Interiors

All on one level, the villa’s layout divides between an open-plan living area and kitchen on one side, with the double bedroom on the other. The living space is modern and spacious, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a wooden coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, and all the utensils needed for a self-catering holiday. A breakfast bar with two stools adds a casual dining spot.

The bedroom offers an en-suite shower room alongside a jacuzzi bath, complemented by bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe. Sliding doors from both living and bedroom areas open directly onto the pool terrace.

Terrace and Pool

Step outside onto the pool terrace—an idyllic spot to savour Kalkan’s remarkable sea views and evening sunsets. The pool, centred within the U-shaped villa, invites relaxation with its Roman steps and integrated jacuzzi jets. Around the terrace, you’ll find two sun loungers, a parasol, a hanging swing seat, two chairs, a side table, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ, creating a perfect setting for laid-back days and balmy evenings.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

The villa's pool has a heating system. The heating fee is included in the price in the low season from 1st April to 30th May 2026 and from 1st October to 30th November 2026

The final 250-350 metres of the road leading up to the villa is fairly steep and not asphalt. Therefore, if you are planning to hire a car; an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended
