Villa Ruj

Villa Ruj is located in Kalkan’s Kordere district, approximately a 10-minute drive from the town centre. This one-bedroom villa, ideal for couples or solo travellers, offers stunning views over the bay and surrounding islands. Set on a single level, it features a private infinity pool, a heated indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, and a distinctive rustic stone design both inside and out, presenting a practical yet charming retreat for your holiday.

Interiors

All the essentials for a self-catering stay are found on the villa’s sole floor. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space is traditional in style and generously proportioned, with large glass sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace and framing the captivating sea views. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, and all necessary utensils. Meanwhile, the living area is furnished with a cosy sofa, armchair, coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A dining table comfortably seats up to four guests for indoor meals.

The double bedroom, complete with an en-suite shower room, is thoughtfully decorated in soothing blue tones. Furnishings include bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and a Jacuzzi bath within the room itself. At the bedroom’s far end, glass sliding doors lead to the indoor pool area, which can be heated at an extra charge. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels on two sides allow breathtaking views from various angles. Access to the main pool terrace is also possible directly from the bedroom.

Additional amenities such as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are provided for guest convenience.

Outdoors

Outside, the villa boasts a generously sized private infinity pool that offers uninterrupted views of the sea and melts naturally into the surrounding landscape. A cascading waterfall feature graces one end of the pool, while steps at the opposite end allow easy entry. The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, and cushioned seating arranged around a coffee table. For al fresco dining, there is a table seating four alongside a BBQ, ideal for both relaxing days and evening meals outdoors.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
