Villa Alaca

Villa Alaca is located in the Kordere area of Kalkan, roughly a 10-minute drive from the town centre. This one-bedroom retreat is ideal for couples or solo travellers, offering sweeping views of the bay and nearby islands. The villa is all on one level and features a private infinity pool, a heated indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, and a charming rustic stone aesthetic both inside and out, making it a practical yet stylish option for a relaxing escape.

Interiors

The single floor of Villa Alaca is thoughtfully arranged for a self-catering stay. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining spaces are generously proportioned and furnished in a classic style. Large glass sliding doors open onto the pool terrace, revealing stunning sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, and all necessary utensils. In the living area, a cosy sofa and armchair sit alongside a coffee table and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The dining table comfortably seats up to four guests.

The double bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, is decorated in soothing blue tones for a restful atmosphere. Furnishings include bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and a Jacuzzi bath within the room itself. At the far end of the bedroom, glass sliding doors lead to the indoor pool area—featuring floor-to-ceiling glass panels on two sides that frame exceptional views from multiple angles. The main pool terrace is also accessible from here.

Guests will find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board available for their convenience.

Outdoors

Outside, the villa offers a generously sized private infinity pool with uninterrupted views of the sea and the surrounding natural landscape. Steps at one end provide easy access. The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, cushioned seating, and a coffee table. For dining al fresco, there is a table for four and a BBQ, creating a versatile space for relaxing or entertaining.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
