Villa Glorious

True to its name, our ultra-luxury Villa Glorious Kalkan will delight our guests with impeccable design and stunning outside space. A fantastic terrace sits at the front of the villa with a large infinity pool, a waterfall feature, and integrated shallow pools. The surrounding terrace is very spacious and has a table tennis table to keep you entertained during your stay. To the side of the terrace is a shaded alfresco dining area and built-in BBQ so you can cook up a feast under the stars. The views from here stretch out over unspoiled green hills, and a retractable curtain system to the front of the pool gives you the option of having a totally secluded outside space for privacy.
The interior has generous rooms with a large kitchen-diner and connecting open-plan living room at its heart. Furnished with high-quality fittings and tastefully decorated, you will feel comfortable in this bright and modern room. The first of two double en-suite bedrooms is on the ground floor, perfect for guests with limited mobility as there is direct access to all communal spaces. The master suite is on the first floor, with a large private Jacuzzi and sauna. A long private balcony to the front of the bedroom overlooks the pool and landscape view. Our villa is situated in Ulugol just outside the town of Kalkan, approximately a 5-minute drive from the centre. This villa is ideal for a honeymoon retreat or family holiday; this villa is finished with luxurious touches that will make your holiday unforgettable. The terrace area is totally secluded, making this an ideal choice for guests seeking privacy, and you can enjoy lovely views of green mountains.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, armchair, Jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, sauna, Jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room is combined with the kitchen area on the ground floor, and this room opens out onto the pool terrace. This is an ideal space for entertaining and relaxing. The living room has a seating group, LCD TV, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and WC.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted and arranged in an open plan style. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The outer terrace is totally secluded and gets sun until the late afternoon. A furnished patio accompanies a large infinity pool. Sun loungers, an outdoor seating group, an alfresco dining table, BBQ, table tennis table and parasols are all provided. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
