Villa Heaven offers a luxurious escape in the Kalamar area, celebrated for its remarkable views across Kalkan and Kalamar Bays. This elegant villa comprises three en-suite bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort. Located just a five-minute taxi ride from Kalkan town centre, Villa Heaven provides effortless access to a range of local restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. It perfectly combines refined style with convenient proximity, all framed by stunning scenery.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a living area, kitchen, dining space, gym, and piano. The living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, an additional sofa, a coffee table, a piano, a fireplace, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a sound system. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, island unit, oven, and hob. Adjacent to the kitchen sits a dining table for six.

First Floor

Two bedrooms are situated on this level.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. It includes bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, and a balcony furnished with two rattan chairs and a side table.

Bedroom 2 is also a double with an en-suite shower room, furnished with bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Second/Top Floor

The master bedroom occupies the top floor.

Bedroom 3 is a double with an en-suite shower room, complete with bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, a wall-mounted TV, and a terrace with outdoor seating.

Terrace and Pool

The split-level terrace encompasses a large private pool accessed via a ladder. Around the pool, sun loungers, parasols, and outdoor seating invite relaxation. Additionally, an alfresco dining area includes a portable BBQ. Villa Heaven also boasts an expansive green lawn.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
