Villa Hillside 1

Villa Hillside 1 has recently undergone a meticulous refurbishment to an exceptionally high standard, offering an elegant fusion of inviting outdoor areas and refined interiors. Its generous private pool includes a Jacuzzi section that also doubles as a paddling pool for children. From this elevated position above Kalamar Bay, every level reveals stunning views across Kalkan Bay, Snake Island, and Mouse Island. The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests within four stylish bedrooms.

Bedrooms

1. Ground Floor: A double bedroom with bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, and a bathroom with WC.

2. Ground Floor: A twin bedroom featuring bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, and an adjoining bathroom with WC.

3. First Floor: A double bedroom complete with bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom with WC, and its own Jacuzzi.

4. Second/Top Floor: A double bedroom including bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom with WC, and a freestanding bathtub. Please note, this room is built into the roof eaves, so some areas have restricted ceiling height.

Living Room

The open-plan lounge opens directly onto the pool and dining terraces via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. It’s furnished with cosy sofas, an armchair, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a dining table, and a separate WC.

Kitchen

Fully equipped to cater for self-catering stays, the kitchen includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and all necessary utensils.

Terrace and Pool

Outside, the expansive infinity pool terrace comes with a dedicated Jacuzzi area for relaxing moments. Comfortable sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a swing, an al fresco dining table, and a stone BBQ complete the space.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
