Villa Hillside Kisla

Villa Hillside is a detached property offering 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities and stunning views. Inside, the villa boasts elegant and roomy interiors, complemented by a generous terrace beside the pool, providing ample space for both relaxation and dining.

Situated in the Kisla Bay area of Kalkan, the villa is within easy walking distance of several beach clubs, including Kalkan Beach Park, Green Beach, and Villa Mahal Beach Clubs. The centre of Kalkan town is a short drive away, and during daytime hours, guests may also choose to use water taxis from Kalkan Beach Park for a small additional charge.

Bedrooms

1. First floor twin bedroom featuring a bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.  

2. First floor twin bedroom with bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.  

3. Second/top floor double bedroom including bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Sliding doors lead out to the roof terrace, where outdoor seating invites you to take in the sea views.

The twin bedrooms can alternatively be arranged as doubles if preferred.

Living Room

The open-plan living area benefits from floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open directly onto the pool and dining terraces. Furnished with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV, it provides a comfortable space to unwind.

On the same level, a utility room and cloakroom offer practical conveniences, including a washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes airer, and a WC.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well appointed for self-catering with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and all necessary utensils.

Terrace and Pool

An impressive infinity pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols. A BBQ is available for use, alongside a shaded pergola dining area that seats six guests comfortably.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
