Situated in the peaceful Kalamar Bay area, Villa Jibreel is a beautifully refurbished 5-bedroom villa, offering an elegant retreat for families and groups alike. Spanning four floors, this impressive property displays stunning sea views from most levels, along with a generously sized private swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional fee. The villa also features a stylish al fresco dining terrace and an impressive panoramic roof terrace. Tastefully furnished and thoughtfully decorated throughout, Villa Jibreel strikes the ideal balance between tranquility and refined comfort.

Arriving at the villa is straightforward, with a private off-road parking space at the front. Gated steps lead down through a charming front garden, lush with a variety of plants and trees, guiding you to the main entrance.

Ground Floor – Entrance Level

Upon entering Villa Jibreel, you step into a welcoming hallway and lounge area. To your right, the elegant lounge is flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, perfectly framing the captivating sea views. Furnished with two sofas, a pair of armchairs, coffee tables, and a pouffe, it’s a relaxing spot to unwind.

Entertainment needs are well-catered for with a 4K Smart TV equipped with a Firestick, offering access to international channels, Netflix, and YouTube. Just off the lounge, a small balcony with a bistro-style table and chairs provides a lovely nook for morning coffee.

Adjacent to the lounge, sliding doors open onto the spacious dining terrace. Here, a large marble-topped table comfortably seats ten guests, ideal for memorable al fresco dining with a view. A pergola provides ample shade overhead. A conveniently positioned WC with basin is also located near the lounge.

Behind the lounge and hallway lies a separate, modern kitchen that opens onto the dining terrace via elegant French windows. Fully equipped, it includes a large fridge-freezer, oven and hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an espresso coffee machine – everything necessary for a well-appointed self-catering stay.

From the hallway, stairs lead down to the lower pool level and up to the first-floor accommodation.

Pool Level

This floor features a useful corridor with storage cupboards and a modern family shower room shared between two bedrooms. A side door from the corridor offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Double Bedroom: The villa’s largest bedroom is a spacious retreat with a king-size bed and padded headboard, bedside tables, a double wardrobe, and a vanity unit with an LED-lit mirror. A small desk provides a quiet workspace, ideal for those needing to work during their stay. Above the desk, a 4K Smart TV with Firestick offers access to international channels, Netflix, and YouTube. Two sets of sliding glass doors open onto the pool terrace, blending indoor comfort with outdoor living.

Twin/King Bedroom: This adaptable room features twin single beds that can be combined to form a king-size bed on request. Furnished with a double wardrobe, bedside table, and vanity unit, the room also benefits from large sliding glass doors opening directly onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: Elegantly designed, this room features a double bed with a padded headboard, bedside tables, a triple wardrobe with integrated vanity unit and mirror, and a comfortable armchair. The en-suite shower room adds privacy and convenience. Step out onto your private balcony, furnished with a bistro-style table and chairs, and enjoy the stunning sea views.

Double Bedroom: This bedroom is furnished with a double bed, padded headboard, bedside tables, a double wardrobe, and a vanity unit. It also has a private en-suite bathroom and its own balcony with captivating sea views, complete with a bistro table and chairs. A large jeweller-style safe is securely situated in this room.

Stairs lead from the first floor to the top floor.

Top Floor – Kitchenette & Laundry Area

This level features a practical kitchenette with an under-counter fridge, ideal for chilling drinks before heading out onto the roof terrace. A washing machine and drying rack are available for guests’ use.

Twin Bedroom: Bright and welcoming, this twin bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, and built-in sliding cupboards. A large picture window offers sweeping views over Kalamar Bay and includes a child-safety feature for added peace of mind.

Shower Room: A separate shower room is conveniently located next to the twin bedroom.

Roof Terrace

Accessible from the kitchenette, the roof terrace is arguably the villa’s standout feature. Take in panoramic sea views from a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table, shaded by a stylish pergola. Two sunbeds provide a perfect spot for sunbathing, while a bistro-style table and chairs invite you to enjoy evening drinks beneath the stars.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious freshwater pool features a graduated depth and Roman steps in one corner, allowing easy access for all ages. Surrounding the pool are ten sunbeds, ideal for catching the sun, alongside a shaded lounge area furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table – a restful retreat from the midday heat. Guests can enjoy a game of table football, freshen up under the outdoor shower, or prepare a meal on the freestanding BBQ. Pool heating is available during the cooler months at an additional charge. Traditional stone walls and decorative panels offer privacy, while mature plants and trees in the surrounding flower beds create a lush, tranquil atmosphere. Stone steps lead from the pool terrace up to the main entrance.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
