Villa Jupiter

Villa Jupiter, located in Kalkan’s Kordere district, is thoughtfully equipped for both relaxation and entertainment. This elegant villa features a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, alongside both a saltwater outdoor pool and a freshwater indoor pool.

Designed to capture sweeping sea views from various vantage points, the villa offers a peaceful setting throughout. Its enclosed pool area makes it especially appealing for families or groups of friends seeking privacy and tranquillity.

Comprising three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, Villa Jupiter comfortably accommodates guests. The property is just a short taxi journey - under 10 minutes - from Kalkan’s centre, and a brief stroll from several local supermarkets.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, dining area, and the first bedroom, all enjoying spectacular sea views. The living space includes an L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen television. The kitchen is well appointed with essential appliances including a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for a self-catering stay. A dining table seating six completes this area. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room, furnished with bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. Glass sliding doors to the left of the bedroom open onto the indoor pool area (which can be heated at an additional cost), offering impressive views. This bedroom also has access to the main pool terrace.

First Floor

The first floor houses the remaining two bedrooms, as well as the sauna, hammam, and laundry area.

Bedroom 2 is a double room featuring an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobes, and a Jacuzzi bath within the room itself.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

Both bedrooms enjoy private balconies facing the sea.

Outdoors

Outside, Villa Jupiter offers generous space to unwind and bask in the sun. The impressive infinity saltwater pool includes a shallow section at one end, fitted with two sun loungers. Additional outdoor amenities comprise four more sun loungers, parasols, seating areas, an al fresco dining table for six, a swing seat, and a barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

Indoor pool heating is included in the rental price from 1st October to 30th April. Outside these months, heating is available at an additional cost of 9000 TL per week

Access to the villa involves a steep, unpaved road for the last 700-800 metres, so a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended
