Villa Liya

Positioned in Kalkan's Kalamar area, Villa Liya is a semi-detached property tucked behind the Elixir Hotel and The Brothers Restaurant. A pleasant 10-15 minute stroll brings you to the Kalkan town centre. Nearby, the array of eateries along Kalamar Road, as well as the Migros and Macro Center supermarkets, are all within easy walking distance, making daily errands and dining out effortlessly convenient.

The villa's three en-suite bedrooms are arranged across the first and second floors. On the first floor, the double bedroom opens onto a Juliette balcony, while the twin bedroom enjoys its own private balcony. Ascending to the second floor bedroom, you'll find a sea-facing terrace furnished with two chairs, a table, and a parasol, an inviting spot to relax while taking in the views. The ground floor is dedicated to the living, kitchen and dining areas, with sliding glass doors that lead directly out to the pool terrace. Outside, a private L-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by ample space for sunbathing and unwinding.

Bedrooms

1. First floor double bedroom with a bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

2. First floor twin bedroom featuring bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

3. Second/top floor double bedroom, set beneath the eaves, complete with a bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

Living Room

Comfortably furnished with two sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table, the living room also benefits from air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary wifi. A utility room, equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, adds practical convenience. Sliding glass doors provide seamless access to the pool area.

Kitchen

Well-equipped for self-catering, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, oven, hob, and a dining table for six. All necessary utensils are provided to support your culinary endeavours.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace offers a private L-shaped swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, pergola-shaded seating, an al fresco dining table beneath a pergola, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
