Villa Marina

We are delighted to present Villa Marina, a distinguished 4-bedroom holiday property newly introduced to our portfolio for the 2026 season.

Positioned just off Kalamar Road, this generously proportioned villa enjoys charming views over the neighbouring mountains and olive groves. Finished in a contemporary style, the property sits on a relatively level road, making the stroll to the town centre a straightforward 15 to 20 minutes. A variety of local conveniences, such as the CarrefourSa supermarket, Cafe Vita, The Kitchen by Korsan, and Aqua Cafe, lie close at hand. Moreover, a pathway through the adjacent olive grove provides direct access to the seafront.

Ground Floor

The front door opens into a hallway that includes a cloakroom/W.C. with a shower. A washing machine is discreetly tucked away in a cupboard beneath the stairs for guests’ convenience.

The spacious open-plan living area is furnished with two sizeable sofas and four armchairs arranged around a coffee table, alongside a Smart TV. Sliding glass doors lead straight onto the pool terrace.

The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with a large fridge-freezer, built-in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, gas hob with extractor fan, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and water cooler. Adjacent to this is a dining table with seating for eight, and another set of sliding doors opens onto the garden terrace.

First Floor

This level accommodates three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 (Twin): Featuring twin beds that can be placed together (although not a double mattress), a dressing table with stool, wardrobe, and en-suite shower room. Sliding doors open onto a shared, covered balcony overlooking the pool and garden.

Bedroom 2 (Twin): Another twin room with a dressing table, stool, wardrobe, and en-suite shower room. Sliding doors also lead to the shared, covered balcony, which is furnished with two chairs and a small side table.

Bedroom 3 (Master): A generous master suite with a king-sized bed, dressing table and stool, wardrobes, an ottoman, and an armchair. Sliding doors open onto a private balcony, furnished with a glass-topped table and four chairs, ideal for taking in the mountain views.

Second/Top Floor

Bedroom 4 (Master): Positioned under high eaves, this second master bedroom features a king-sized double bed, dressing table with stool, wardrobe, TV, and an armchair. It benefits from an en-suite shower room and sliding doors offering direct access to the villa’s roof terrace.

A separate glass door on the landing also opens onto the roof terrace, which is furnished with four mesh sun loungers and a comfortable seating area – an inviting spot for a sundowner before heading into town for dinner.

Terrace and Pool

The villa boasts a large freshwater swimming pool with integral Roman steps for easy entry, plus a submerged seating area at the far end. The pool deck includes six sun loungers, a parasol, and side tables.

From the living room, a covered al-fresco dining area beneath a pergola features a dining table for eight guests and a stone BBQ. Additional outdoor seating comprises a metal sofa and two cushioned armchairs arranged around a coffee table, alongside a table football game and a swing chair.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

A baby cot and high chair are available upon request; guests should bring their own cot bedding.
