Villa Maris

Villa Maris offers a contemporary retreat in the highly desirable Kalamar area of Kalkan, with uninterrupted views stretching across Kalamar Bay. Finished in 2016, this elegant villa features a spacious, minimalist design throughout its five en-suite bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Just 600 metres from the sea and a short 10-minute stroll to Lures and Kalamar Beach Clubs, the property also features a freshwater infinity pool for guests to enjoy. The large sweeping terrace has panoramic views of the unspoiled Kalamar bay and each room in the villa has been designed with large glass windows which frame the gorgeous turquoise waters.

Living Room

The generous lounge area is bright and comfortable ideal space for entertaining and admiring the stunning views. You will love spending time in this cool modern space after a long day of enjoying the sun. This room is furnished with a seating group, iron, ironing board, TV, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and separate WC. Fronted by glass doors, this room allows direct access to the outer terrace and pool.

Kitchen

Located on the ground floor, the contemporary kitchen combines an indoor dining area and an island with breakfast bar. Amenities in the kitchen include a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay. This room looks out onto the main pool terrace.

Terrace and Pool

The private terrace sweeps across the front of the villa and has a large infinity pool and wooden sunbathing deck to the side of the building. Complete with sun loungers, outdoor seating area, alfresco dining table, BBQ and parasols so you can make the most of outdoor living. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
