Villa Recep

Villa Recep, a stylish 5-bedroom property with a contemporary aesthetic, joins the luxury villa collection for the 2025 season. Its generous interiors are complemented by captivating views over Kalamar Bay and the neighbouring islands.

Within the main villa, you will find four en-suite bedrooms, while an additional en-suite bedroom occupies the villa’s lower grassed courtyard area.

Situated in Kalkan’s Kalamar district, the villa is a 20 to 25-minute walk—or a brief 5-minute taxi ride—to the town centre. The restaurants along Kalamar Road lie within a pleasant 7 to 8-minute stroll, and Carrefour Supermarket is just 5 to 6 minutes on foot.

Lower Ground Floor (Street-level entrance)

A side street leads to the villa, featuring a garage designed for one car. Entry is secured through a gate opening onto a courtyard adorned with a water feature and potted shrubs.

This level houses a self-contained en-suite bedroom accessible via sliding doors.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower. It includes a vanity table, wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes.

Stairs from the courtyard ascend to the pool terrace and the villa’s main living areas.

Ground Floor

The ground floor offers an open-plan living room furnished with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and Smart TV. The dining area, comfortably seating ten, flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which features a kitchen island, gas hob, and extractor fan. Appliances include a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, built-in electric oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

Also on this floor is Bedroom 2, a double room with an en-suite shower accessed through a dressing area with wardrobes. The bedroom is furnished with a vanity table and bedside tables.

Sliding doors from the living, dining, and Bedroom 2 open directly onto the pool terrace. Additionally, a separate sliding door beneath the stairs leads to the backyard.

First Floor

Three bedrooms occupy the first floor: two doubles and one twin.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room, equipped with a vanity table, bedside tables, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 4 is a double featuring an en-suite bathroom accessed via smoked glass doors. The bathroom includes twin basins, a separate WC, a large Jacuzzi bath with a picture window, and a separate shower. The bedroom also has a vanity table, wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes.

Both Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a balcony furnished with two chairs and a table, offering sweeping sea views.

Bedroom 5 is a double with an en-suite shower room reached through a dressing area with wardrobes. It includes a vanity table and bedside tables. Sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table, ideal for admiring the spectacular sea vista.

The landing contains a separate WC with a basin and a utility room fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer. An ironing board, iron, and airer are also provided for guests.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace wraps around the front and side of the villa, extending to a narrower passageway bordered by shrubbery at the rear. The infinity pool features a ladder at one end, an integral Jacuzzi, and a shallow platform at the opposite side. Sun loungers and parasols are arranged around the pool, accompanied by a poolside shower for convenience.

A shaded dining table seats ten, complemented by a kitchenette equipped with a sink, fridge, and built-in BBQ to support al-fresco meals. Nearby, a large built-in L-shaped sofa with cushions offers a comfortable spot to enjoy the views. Another seating area comprising a sofa and two armchairs sits beneath an automatic awning.

Across the lawn planted with fruit trees, stepping stones lead to a decked Jacuzzi area furnished with two built-in day beds under a pergola.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

The pool can be heated on request for an extra £400 per week.

Please note that the lower ground bedroom is only accessible externally and cannot be reached from inside the main villa, which may be unsuitable for young children without supervision.
