Villa Maysa

Villa Maysa is a modern 2-bedroom retreat perfectly positioned to overlook the stunning expanse of Kalkan Bay, offering sweeping views of Snake and Mouse Islands. Just a brief 5 to 6-minute drive from Kalkan’s town centre, with its array of restaurants, shops and popular beach clubs, it combines convenience with tranquillity. 

Both bedrooms enjoy charming sea views; the master bedroom includes a luxurious jacuzzi and a heated indoor pool complete with jacuzzi jets. The spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen provide plenty of room to relax and entertain. For a touch of fun, there’s even a table football in the living space. 

Step out onto the pool terrace and prepare to be drawn in by the incredible sea vistas stretching endlessly ahead. The terrace features a swimming pool with an integrated children’s section, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating and an al fresco dining area.

Bedrooms  

1.Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, heated indoor pool, bathroom and WC.  

2.Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room  

The living room includes a comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, coffee table, iron and ironing board, plus complimentary WiFi. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool area.

Kitchen  

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils needed for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool  

The pool terrace offers a private swimming pool with a children’s pool section, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

The final 250-300 metres of the road leading up to the villa is fairly steep and not asphalt. Therefore, if you are planning to hire a car; an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended

The indoor pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost of 1900 TL per day
