Villa Mirada 1 Kalkan is in the Kalamar area and has five deluxe bedrooms to sleep up to 10 guests. The contemporary villa has a beautifully maintained terrace with a wrap-around infinity pool that combines a children’s paddling pool and a jacuzzi. Modern in design, spaciously planned, and plentiful in amenities, villa Mirada 1 has much to offer our guests. Striking views of the sea and mountains can be enjoyed from both the pool terrace and the interior of this gorgeous 5-bedroom villa. Stunning views of the sea and islands can be seen throughout the villa.
The villa’s ground floor has an elegant living room finished with stylish furnishings and marble flooring. An American-style fitted kitchen connects to this room, with plenty of appliances, including a built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. When you want relief from the midday sun, an indoor dining table is featured in the kitchen, overlooking the pool and sea views. This glass-fronted living space opens directly to the pool terrace, which has a uniquely designed infinity pool.

The pool wraps around the patio in a U shape with stepping stones, a shallow end, and a jacuzzi, all integrated with the main pool. The surrounding terrace is arranged with dining and sunbathing spaces, so you have all you need to appreciate your time under the sun. The stylish bedrooms are located from ground to top floor, with high-quality furnishings, air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, furnished balconies or terrace access, and dreamy sea vistas.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a stylish open-plan room found on the ground floor with the living room. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Living Room

The lounge area has lovely sea views and is excellent for entertaining. The lounge has a relaxing space that is perfect after a long day in the sun. The lounge has a seating group, television, free internet, iron, ironing board, air conditioning, a nest of tables, and WC. Glass doors lead out onto the pool terrace from this room.

Terrace and Pool

The private terrace area has fabulous sea views stretching out to the horizon. Cool off in the large infinity pool which has a shallow area with steppingstones. On the terrace, all the furnishings you could need to enjoy outdoor living are provided, The outdoor furniture includes sun loungers, a swing, a BBQ, an alfresco dining table, and outdoor seating. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property. For large groups looking to book more than one property close together, Villa Mirada 1 and Villa Panorama are located on the same street.
