Villa Mudur

Villa Mudur is an elegantly crafted single-storey home set in Kalkan’s Kordere district. Designed for privacy, it combines comfortable furnishings with generous indoor and outdoor spaces that frame expansive sea views. The villa offers two en-suite bedrooms, ideal for small families seeking tranquillity alongside sweeping vistas of the sea and surrounding nature.

For a touch of leisure, Villa Mudur includes a table tennis area. It is conveniently situated less than a 10-minute drive from Kalkan’s town centre, where a variety of restaurants, shops, and beach clubs await. A101 supermarket lies just 100 metres from the property for easy access to essentials.

Ground Floor

The entire villa is arranged on one level, featuring a spacious open-plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and both bedrooms.

In the lounge, a contemporary L-shaped sofa faces a walnut coffee table and a wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix access via guests’ own accounts. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils to support self-catering stays. Adjacent is a walnut dining table set for four.

A washing machine is tucked away in a separate guest WC.

Both bedrooms occupy this floor and come with en-suite shower rooms. Bedroom 1 is a double room furnished with bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace. Bedroom 2 offers twin beds along with bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe.

Outdoors

The villa’s private pool terrace is spacious and inviting, centred around a large swimming pool with a shallow end. Two sun loungers rest in the shallow water, with a further two positioned on the terrace. The outdoor area also includes a parasol, swing seat, additional seating, table tennis, a pergola-covered al fresco dining table, a BBQ, and a poolside shower.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
