Villa Saturn

Villa Saturn, situated in the Kordere district of Kalkan, offers an array of leisure facilities designed for indulgence and relaxation, including a sauna, jacuzzi, table tennis table, a saltwater outdoor pool, and a freshwater indoor swimming pool.

The villa's layout captures sweeping sea views from multiple vantage points, creating a serene atmosphere throughout. Its enclosed pool area lends a sense of seclusion, making it particularly appealing for families or groups of friends looking to unwind in privacy.

Accommodation comprises three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, comfortably catering to guests. Villa Saturn is conveniently located less than a 10-minute taxi ride from Kalkan’s centre and within easy walking distance of several local supermarkets.

Ground Floor  

The ground floor features a living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area, and the first bedroom, all benefiting from impressive sea views. The living space includes two large sofas, two armchairs, a wooden coffee table set, and a wall-mounted flat-screen television. The kitchen comes complete with essential appliances such as a dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for a self-catering stay. A dining table seating six complements the kitchen area. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room, furnished with bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. At one end of the room, sliding glass doors open onto the indoor pool area, which can be heated for an additional charge. This pool is surrounded on two sides by floor-to-ceiling glass panels, allowing natural light to flood the space. The bedroom also offers direct access to the main pool terrace.

First Floor  

The upper floor houses the remaining bedrooms and a dedicated laundry area.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. This room also includes a sauna and a Jacuzzi bath. Sliding glass doors lead out to a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a coffee table.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with its own en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. Sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony.

Outdoors  

Outside, Villa Saturn provides ample spaces to relax and soak up the sun. The villa features a generous infinity saltwater pool, with a shallow section at one end furnished with two sun loungers. Additional outdoor amenities include four more sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table for six, a swing seat, and a barbecue. A table tennis table is also positioned at the rear of the property.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

Access to Villa Saturn involves a steep, unpaved road for the final 700-800 metres, so a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. The property is reached via a significant number of steps from the parking area, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties.

The villa's construction includes a small, independent apartment on the lower(garage) level, with separate entrances and exits, ensuring complete privacy between the two. The villa’s caretaker lives abroad and visits the property occasionally.

Indoor pool heating is included in the rental price from 1st October to 30th April. Outside these months, heating is available at an additional cost of 9000 TL per week.
