Bedrooms

1. The master bedroom contains a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, indoor pool, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

2. The second bedroom offers twin beds, a bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

Living Room

The living room includes an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen television. Adjacent is a utility room equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen is stylishly appointed with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table, and all necessary utensils to support your self-catering needs.

Terrace and Pool

The outdoor terrace features a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, a swing seat, and pergola-covered seating and dining areas. A BBQ is also provided.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
