Villa Tria

Villa Tria is located in Kalkan’s Kordere area, just under a 10-minute drive from the town centre where a selection of restaurants, shops, bars, and beach clubs await. The villa presents elegant interiors and exteriors, enhanced by breathtaking views of both sea and mountains.

A generous private swimming pool is featured, which can be heated upon request for an extra charge.

Spread over two floors, the villa offers three en-suite bedrooms, including a master suite with a jacuzzi bath. Its elevated position affords additional privacy, creating a calm and peaceful retreat.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan living space arranged for comfort and relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen adjoins a dining area seating six guests. The first bedroom is conveniently located on this floor, providing easy access to the communal areas.

A cupboard beneath the stairs houses a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Bedroom 1 is a twin room with an en-suite shower, complete with bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Sliding glass doors open from both the living area and the bedroom onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

Elegant marble stairs lead to the first floor, where the remaining two bedrooms are found. Both are doubles and enjoy magnificent sea views from their private balconies.

Bedroom 2 serves as the master double with an en-suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi and double shower heads. Furnished with bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, and a balcony equipped with two chairs and a side table, it offers a serene outlook.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower room also fitted with double shower heads. It includes bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, and a balcony furnished similarly to Bedroom 2.

Outdoors

The outdoor space is ample and designed for leisurely enjoyment. A large swimming pool with Roman steps invites refreshing dips while taking in the sea views. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers and parasols, offering options for sun or shade. Beneath a pergola lies a comfortable seating area, alongside an al fresco dining table and BBQ—ideal for dining and entertaining outdoors.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
