Villa Water’s Edge 7 is a stylish one-bedroom detached villa, quietly set among four similar properties in Kalkan’s Kalamar district. Part of a thoughtfully arranged development of seven villas, it offers guests exclusive use of a beach club-inspired, split-level sunbathing terrace close to the water’s edge. Each villa enjoys its own designated section here, furnished with ample sun loungers, creating a private yet sociable space to relax by the sea. Entry to Water’s Edge 7 is via a wooden gate at street level that serves Villas 1, 2 and 3, leading along a winding path that reveals this serene hideaway with direct sea access.

Interior

The open-plan living area feels generous and carefully considered, designed to offer comfort without fuss. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas hob with extractor, electric oven, kettle, sandwich toaster, and a round dining table with seating for two. Sliding glass doors extend the living space onto the pool terrace, flooding the villa with natural light.

The bedroom is a calm retreat, featuring a double bed, a free-standing bathtub, bedside tables, an open wardrobe, and a wall-mounted TV. Rattan chairs and a small table complete the space, while an en-suite bathroom adds to the convenience. With sliding doors opening onto the terrace, you can wake to uninterrupted views over the bay.

Outside

Every detail has been considered to create a peaceful environment where the surrounding sea and mountain panoramas take centre stage. The terrace hosts a saltwater pool accompanied by two sun loungers, a dining area for al fresco meals, and a separate seating nook furnished for relaxation. A gentle stroll leads you down steps through olive groves to sunbathing platforms and the shore itself — perfect for swimming, snorkelling, or simply soaking up the sunshine. These beach club-style platforms are accessed by a softly sloping path, enhancing the sense of secluded luxury.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, with mid-stay cleans arranged for bookings of 14 nights or more. Additional cleaning can be organised on request, with fees charged per visit.

Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of £250 is payable by hand at the start of your holiday and returned at departure, subject to no damage.
