Villa Alen

Villa Alen is a semi-detached home situated in Kalkan’s Ortaalan district, offering delightful views of Kalkan Bay, especially from the bedroom on the top floor.

Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms alongside generous living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Step outside to a spacious pool terrace, where a private swimming pool awaits, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There’s also an outdoor daybed, comfortable seating, a dining area for al fresco meals, and a BBQ to enjoy. 

The heart of Kalkan and its popular beach clubs lie just a 10 to 12-minute walk away, while Migros Supermarket is conveniently reached in around five minutes on foot.

Bedrooms

1. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, plus its own bathroom and WC.

2. The second bedroom also features a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, and includes a furnished balcony alongside an en suite bathroom and WC.

3. The third bedroom offers twin beds, a bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, and shares a bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room is simply furnished with a sofa set, coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool area, making indoor-outdoor living effortless.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully equipped for your convenience, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, oven, hob, dining table, and all the utensils needed for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace features a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. An outdoor daybed and seating area provide space to unwind, while the al fresco dining area and BBQ invite relaxed meals outside. Daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden are handled by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
