Situated in Kalkan's Ortaalan district, Villa Amore offers generous living space across four bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests - ideal for families or larger groups. Each bedroom opens onto a balcony facing the sea, complete with swinging seats that invite you to pause and take in the captivating views. 

A standout feature of the villa is its rooftop terrace, where you’ll find an open-air jacuzzi alongside a pergola-covered seating area and a handy kitchenette. Whether savouring your morning coffee or winding down with an evening drink, this elevated spot provides a tranquil setting framed by stunning vistas. Inside, the décor is modern and fresh, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area designed for relaxed self-catering. The spacious sun terrace offers plenty of room to lounge and soak up the sun.

Villa Amore is conveniently positioned just a 15 to 20-minute stroll, or a short 3 to 4-minute taxi ride, from Kalkan’s town centre, making it easy to explore the local charms.

Living Room  

The living room is comfortably furnished with two elegant sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table set. Air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi enhance comfort, while a wall-mounted flat-screen TV provides entertainment. Sliding glass doors lead straight out to the pool area.

Kitchen  

Equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, water dispenser, and a dining table, the kitchen has all the utensils needed for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool  

The pool terrace includes a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, along with an outdoor seating area, a swing, and a stone BBQ. Daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden are carried out by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
