Villa Aura C

Villa Aura C is one of four newly completed, identical Aura villas located in Kalkan’s desirable Kalamar district, offering an exclusive and peaceful retreat. Finished in March 2025, this villa features a pool, sweeping sea views, bespoke design touches, and spacious accommodation with three en-suite double bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Inside, luxury is evident throughout, while outside, a thoughtfully designed terrace enhances the pool area and frames the captivating vistas.

Conveniently situated close to CarrefourSa Supermarket, the villa is also within easy reach of popular restaurants along Kalamar Road including The Brothers, Porchini, The Kitchen by Korsan, and Cafe Vita. Well-known beach clubs such as Lures, Kulube, and Kalamar Beach Clubs are nearby, and Kalkan’s Old Town can be reached with a short taxi ride.

Ground Floor

Entering the villa, you step into a contemporary open-plan kitchen, living and dining space. A stylish wooden staircase to the front leads to the first floor, with an attractive raised garden bed beneath. The living area is generous, furnished with carefully chosen pieces for both comfort and style, including a sofa set, coffee table, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, plus all essential utensils and dinnerware for a self-catering stay. A kitchen island with three chairs serves as a practical breakfast bar, complemented by a dining table seating six. Guests also have access to a washing machine, iron, and ironing board on this level.

First Floor

The first bedroom on this floor is a double with an en-suite shower room, featuring bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity unit. Large glass sliding doors open to a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a coffee table, revealing breathtaking sea views. Along the hallway, the second double bedroom similarly offers an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity unit, and access to a private balcony through sliding doors, also showcasing panoramic sea views.

Second Floor

A further wooden staircase leads to the top floor where the third double bedroom with en-suite shower room is situated. This room is furnished with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity unit, and opens through sliding glass doors onto a spacious wrap-around terrace. The terrace offers stunning views of the front and side of the villa and is equipped with outdoor seating, two sun loungers, and a side table.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
