Villa Aura G stands as a distinguished new member of the Aura collection, situated in Kalkan's Kalamar district. Completed in November 2025, this modern residence offers a serene escape with bespoke design elements and sweeping panoramic sea views.

Inside, the spacious and elegant interiors comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests across 5 en-suite bedrooms, making it well suited for large families or groups. Each room showcases meticulous craftsmanship and premium finishes throughout.

Outside, the setting has been carefully arranged to take full advantage of the stunning Mediterranean vista. A generous private infinity pool is bordered by a thoughtfully designed sun terrace, creating an inviting space to unwind or enjoy evening drinks while watching the sun set over the bay.

Conveniently located near CarrefourSa Supermarket, the property is also within easy reach of Kalamar Road’s restaurants—including The Brothers, Porchini, The Kitchen by Korsan, and Cafe Vita—and the well-known beach clubs of Lures, Kulube and Kalamar. Kalkan’s Old Town is just a short taxi ride away.

Ground Floor

The entrance leads into a sleek open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. At the front, a stylish wooden staircase ascends to the first floor, framed by a raised garden bed beneath.

The living room is generously sized and furnished with carefully chosen pieces for both comfort and style, including a sofa set, coffee table, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker and all necessary utensils and dinnerware for a self-catering stay. An adjacent dining table seats eight guests.

This level also hosts the first bedroom, a twin with an en-suite shower room, bedside table, vanity table and wardrobe.

First Floor

Three further bedrooms are located on this floor.

Two of these are doubles, each with en-suite shower rooms, bedside tables, wardrobes and vanity units. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open onto private balconies furnished with two chairs and a coffee table, providing breathtaking sea views.

The third bedroom on this floor is also a double with an en-suite shower room and similar furnishings.

Guests will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board available on this level.

Second Floor

A second wooden staircase leads to the top floor where the fifth bedroom, a twin with an en-suite shower room, is situated. This room features bedside tables, a wardrobe and a vanity unit, along with a spacious wrap-around terrace accessed via sliding glass doors. The terrace is furnished with two chairs and a coffee table, offering stunning views to the front and side of the villa.

Terrace and Pool

The expansive outdoor area centres around the infinity swimming pool, set within a well-appointed outdoor sanctuary perfect for relaxation. The pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating with a coffee table, an alfresco dining table and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
