Villa Elena 1, gracefully positioned in the charming Kalamar Bay, presents a refined sanctuary with 4 en-suite bedrooms, each designed to provide comfort and privacy throughout your stay. The villa's modern interiors blend effortlessly with a spacious outdoor area, centred around a private swimming pool framed by verdant foliage. Comfortable loungers invite you to bask in the sunshine or enjoy meals al fresco as gentle sea breezes drift by. From multiple spots around the property, panoramic views of Kalamar Bay stretch out, offering a captivating backdrop.

A standout feature of the villa is its direct connection to the bay’s clear waters via a flight of stairs. These lead down to a private swimming platform perched on the rocky shoreline, perfect for swimming or soaking up the sun in seclusion.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe and vanity table. The shower room and WC for this bedroom are located just across the hallway.

2. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, plus an en-suite bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, with bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living area features a sofa set, coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. An additional sitting space offers an L-shaped sofa and a fireplace, creating a cosy retreat. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding glass doors open seamlessly onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen

Fully appointed for self-catering, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, and all essential utensils.

Terrace and Pool

The sun terrace centres on a private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, alongside an outdoor dining table for relaxed meals. A stone BBQ lies one level below the terrace, paired with an outdoor seating area that commands enchanting sea views.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

Thanks to a specially constructed sunbathing platform built into the rocks below the villa, you have direct access to the refreshing waters of the Mediterranean, allowing you to enjoy the sea and sunshine in a private and exclusive setting. The platform is approximately 70-90 metres from the villa and is accessed via steps; therefore, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties

For larger parties wishing to stay nearby, Villa Elena 1 is conveniently close to the 4-bedroom Villa Elena 2, allowing both properties to be booked together
