Villa Elena 2, set in the charming surroundings of Kalamar Bay, provides a refined escape with 4 en-suite bedrooms thoughtfully arranged to guarantee comfort and privacy for every guest. Inside, contemporary décor flows effortlessly into ample outdoor spaces, where a private swimming pool is embraced by verdant foliage and inviting seating areas—ideal for soaking up the sun or dining outdoors. From several vantage points, guests can enjoy sweeping, panoramic views across the sea of Kalamar Bay. For entertainment, the villa includes a games room fitted with a table tennis table and table football.

A standout feature of Villa Elena 2 is its direct access to the bay’s waters via a flight of stairs. These steps lead down to a private swimming platform nestled along the rocky shoreline, offering opportunities for swimming and sunbathing.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe and vanity table. The shower room and WC for this bedroom are located just across the hallway.

2. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, plus an en-suite bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, with bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The main living area features a sofa set, coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Another sitting space offers an L-shaped sofa alongside a fireplace. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, and all the necessary utensils to support a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The sun terrace boasts the private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor dining table. A stone BBQ, located one level below the terrace, is complemented by an outdoor seating area with captivating sea views. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

Thanks to a specially constructed sunbathing platform built into the rocks below the villa, you have direct access to the refreshing waters of the Mediterranean, allowing you to enjoy the sea and sunshine in a private and exclusive setting. The platform is approximately 70-90 metres from the villa and is accessed via steps; therefore, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties

For larger parties wishing to stay nearby, Villa Elena 2 is conveniently close to the 4-bedroom Villa Elena 1, allowing both properties to be booked together
