Villa Jonathan

We are delighted to present Villa Jonathan as a new addition to our 2026 collection. Situated in Kalkan’s Kalamar area, this five-bedroom villa offers a generous and modern layout both inside and out.

The property features an expansive pool terrace, ideal for sunbathing, alongside a table tennis table and a table football for leisurely afternoons. From the upper floors, the villa enjoys striking sea views.

Just a brief stroll from Villa Jonathan are the popular beach clubs of Kalamar Bay, including Kalamar, Lures, and Kulube. A selection of restaurants and a supermarket along Kalamar Road are also within a convenient five-minute walk.

Ground Floor  

Entering through the front door, you step into an open-plan living space. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a built-in microwave, separate oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, and kettle. A dining table comfortably seats eight. The living area contains a sofa, two armchairs, a large flat-screen TV with English-language channels, and a DVD player. Sliding glass doors lead straight onto the pool terrace.

Also on this level is the first bedroom, which opens directly onto the pool terrace via sliding glass doors. This double room includes bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. Adjacent is a shower room that also serves as a cloakroom for the ground floor.

First Floor  

This floor comprises three spacious double bedrooms.

Bedroom 2 (Blue room) has an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. A private balcony overlooks the mountains.

Bedroom 3 (Purple room) is also a double with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. It features a semi-circular picture window that frames stunning views of Kalamar Bay, along with a private balcony furnished with two chairs.

Bedroom 4 (Pink room) is a double with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. This room enjoys a sea-view private balcony with two chairs.

Second Floor  

The top floor houses Bedroom 5, a twin room furnished with bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe.

The shower room for this bedroom is located directly opposite on the landing, which also includes a utility area with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and drying rack.

Sliding glass doors open onto the roof terrace, where a large sofa and chairs are arranged around a coffee table, creating a peaceful spot to take in the views—ideal for unwinding before heading into town for dinner.

Terrace and Pool

Access to the villa is via stone steps through a metal gate from the quiet street below. Around the sizeable freshwater pool, ten sun loungers and three parasols are arranged for guests’ comfort. The pool features steps at one end and a ladder at the other.

Beneath a pergola, a large dining table with eight chairs provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, complemented by a gas BBQ. Additionally, under the villa’s covered eaves, a spacious sofa and two armchairs surround a coffee table. The outdoor area also includes a table tennis table and table football for entertainment.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
