Villa Lovelet 1

Villa Lovelet 1 is one of a pair of newly built neighbouring villas nestled in Kalkan's Ortaalan district. Finished in May 2025, this modern property comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms.

Generous outdoor spaces invite you to unwind and soak up the Mediterranean sunshine, while a private swimming pool provides the perfect spot for a refreshing dip. For truly stunning views, the roof terrace offers a panoramic outlook over Kalkan — ideal for a quiet moment or an evening glass of wine.

The villa is conveniently located around a 10-minute walk from Kalkan's town centre, home to an array of restaurants, bars, and shops. For day-to-day essentials, the Migros supermarket is just a 5 to 6-minute stroll away.

Bedrooms

1. On the first floor, the master bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, and a bathroom with a jacuzzi and WC. Sliding doors open onto a private balcony with two chairs and a side table.

2. Also on the first floor, the twin bedroom includes bedside tables, a wardrobe, vanity table, and an en suite bathroom with WC.

3. Upstairs on the second floor, the second double bedroom offers bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en suite bathroom with WC. Sliding doors lead out to the roof terrace, furnished with two sun loungers and an outdoor seating area beneath a pergola.

Living Room

The living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A laundry room houses a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The American-style kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, coffee machine, and all necessary utensils for self-catering. There is also a breakfast bar with six stools.

Terrace and Pool

Around the pool, the terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and outdoor seating beneath a pergola. You’ll also find a swing seat, an al fresco dining table for six, and a stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
